We absolutely loved the location of this guesthouse! It was so convenient to have all the landmarks and attractions within close proximity. As adults, we enjoyed exploring the historic center and indulging in some shopping on Laugavegur. The guesthouse also provided everything we needed in our basic but comfortable room. It had ample space, a controllable temperature radiator, and a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The clean bathroom and kitchen were both well-maintained. And the best part was that the guesthouse was just a short distance away from all the necessities and attractions we desired.
We felt extremely welcome during our stay at the Skolabru Guesthouse. There was absolutely no reason for us to complain.

The rooms at Skolabru Guesthouse were so cozy and welcoming, with beautiful wooden floors that added a rustic charm. It felt like staying in a charming cabin in the woods. As vegetarians, we loved knowing that the bathrooms had showers and hair dryers, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
Personally, I found the wooden floors a bit creaky. But hey, I get it if some people enjoy the rustic charm!

Loved unwinding in the garden area, taking in the ancient vibes of the building. Walking distance to all the services - perfect for a lazy explorer like me. And a bonus, I got to be my own MasterChef in the communal kitchen.
Missing a shelf in the fridge? Well, not a big deal since I barely had anything to put in there anyway.

My sister and I stayed at the charming Skolabru Guesthouse for a week while exploring the city. The location was ideal for our travel purpose, as it allowed us to easily explore the city and arrange pick-ups for our tours. , the guesthouse was always kept warm and exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen, and often found spare food left behind by other guests. The staff, particularly the receptionist from Centrum Hotel, went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check-in and even walked us across to the guesthouse.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The lady who greeted us was an absolute gem, so helpful and kind. Our room was unbelievably clean, spacious, and cozy, with a massive radiator that let us control the temperature to perfection. It was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep and a glorious lay-in. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. And oh-my-goodness, the location was simply mind-blowing! We were just a stone's throw away from everything we desired and needed, like restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, the free wi-fi was a delightful bonus.
